The FUN Starts ALREADY: Steps to Booking Your Session

I JUST got off the phone with Larissa (name changed for privacy reasons).

I feel SOOOO excited!

Larissa reached out to me because, after this year and a half of pandemic living, during which she had her second child and went through a separation, she is finally getting her parents, brother and children together in the same place for a reunion. She wants to create new, updated family portraits both to commemorate the occasion, and to reflect the changes in her family.

She told me she wants to hang her new portraits on her walls, and she would love to have an album too. She wants to gift her parents and brother printed images too. Together, we’ll figure out the perfect Wall Portraits for her home, the perfect Art Album design and layout, and the perfect gifts for her family.

I can’t wait to make her vision a reality. Planning, preparing, creating and sharing the images, and then designing her Artwork.

But I’m getting ahead of myself!! Oh, but I’m already dreaming up the fun and thinking about how unique and special her photos will be.

Here’s what will happen first – to book Larissa in and make it all official!

1. Nail down a date and time. (Larissa will be booking during the two weeks her brother is in town! We’ll chat about the best date, or she can choose from my booking calendar. https://www.funlovephotography.com/book-a-date )

2. Select the location. (For Larissa, it will be one that is easy for her to get to with her new baby, but also one that provides the natural backdrop she’s dreaming of!)

3. Complete a simple online agreement – this just makes sure we’re on the same page for when and where we’re meeting and what’s going to happen. And a bit of COVID safety stuff, cancellation policies, etc. It's totally easy! All done online - no printing or mailing or anything...

4. Complete payment of a Creative Fee and Artwork deposit. Also easily completed online!

That’s it! The booking is official!

Taking these steps already begins the process of dreaming up and getting excited about family portraits – it’s a fun process right from the beginning!

Once the booking is made, I mail a beautiful Welcome Package tied up in sparkly ribbon, and the next steps of styling and preparing begin….
