I’ve been thinking a lot over these last weeks of self-isolation from the coronavirus about all the amazing people I’ve had the privilege of photographing over the years. Probably because I’m missing connecting with and photographing you.
Families and the connections between family members is super important to me and to Fun Love Photography - it’s truly what we’re all about - and I hope you are all lucky enough to be at home TOGETHER with your family at this time. If not, I wish you strength and hope.
I also have concerns over reports of people not taking the recommended measures of staying at home and remaining physically distant from other people seriously - measures required to stop the spread of the virus.
To that end, I want to help send the message, and to help YOU send the message, to STAY HOME. Let’s protect the health of our families and use your beautiful images to spread the word.
I took most of my limited work hours this week (limited mainly by kid snackterruptions) to prep the images below and I’ll be sending them out to you one by one.
And I’m SO. GLAD. this was my project this week. It brought me unexpectedly immense joy just to see your faces again and know that I might be able to use the power of photography to spread an important message during this pandemic.
No, this is NOT EVERY FAMILY I’VE PHOTOGRAPHED! No way. But it’s a nice chunk from the last years. If you were photographed by Fun Love and you don’t see yourself here, it’s not because I don’t love you - it’s simply because either I haven’t been able to access your images as I work remotely, or because you requested your images to remain private. If you want an image like this from your Fun Love session - please reach out as I haven’t quite exhausted ALL avenues for accessing your photos from home.
If you DO see yourself here and didn’t receive your #StayAtHome photo from me yet, don’t worry. If it’s not in your junk folder, then you just need to wait a bit longer - I promise it’s on the way.
Please enjoy looking through all these beautiful faces! They bring me great happiness and hope they do for you too. And a special thanks to all of you who are continuing to support my small business at this tough time.
Stay well,
